Climax and Resolution to your Fantasy Story

So far in your fantasy story you have written the setting, introduced your characters, in the opening you hinted at the problem and then gone on to tell the reader what the problem is in your mystical land.

Your task today is to write the climax, which will be the adventure of the story and begin to tell us how the problem is solved. Tomorrow you will continue with solving the problem and bring the story to an end.

First, read the WAGOLL attached below of the climax, resolution and ending.

We're sure you too can write an exciting climax and the start to the resolution.

Don't forget to include

  • Wonderful descriptive language through the action of the story.
  • Expanded noun phrases
  • Pattern of Three
  • Figurative Language.
  • May include one or two pieces of dialogue but remember all the punctuation. NLNS! Any more will slow up your story writing

We are looking forward to an exciting adventure using fantastic language.

Use the attached to help you with ideas for first class language, don't forget to refer to your planning and a checklist to make sure you have included all the elements of a good piece of fantasy writing. Enjoy!
