As we have been discussing in class, it is so important to keep our bodies healthy as well as our minds! Exercise is vital for both mental and physical wellbeing! If you are lucky enough to have a garden, make sure you get outside for some fresh air and exercise, or if you don't have an outdoor space, there are loads of ways to keep fit indoors!
