Hello Year 6,
Well done for a fantastic week of home-learning last week. We set some really tricky questions on a couple of days and are both so proud of how you all showed such perseverance and resilience when tackling them. This is the last week before we break up for half term, so let's finish strongly and have another superb week.
This week, we will be starting off helping our beloved friend Tiny with his arithmetic paper. You will be spotting his mistakes and then giving him feedback that will allow him to improve in the future! As the week progresses, we will be practising our multiplication (Tuesday), division (Wednesday) and fractions (Thursday), before finishing the week with a Valentine's Day related maths mystery! We know how much you guys love those mystery problems so thought we'd all complete one before we break up for half term!
We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible in our daily live sessions. They are so useful as they allow you to work through problems together, just as we would in class.
As always, we are both so proud of you and your efforts.
Keep it up, Year 6.
Mr. Blakeman and Mrs. Cox
