Well-being

During these very strange times, it is important to ensure we look after ourselves - kids and adults too! In class we have been learning about well-being and how to look after our mental health! We brainstormed how to look after our mental health thinking about exercise, hugs, talking, breathing, sleep and much more. Here are some ideas to try at home when you are feeling a little anxious, tired or frustrated!
