Reading is the key to learning and interwoven throughout our curriculum. Early reading is a priority at the school and Read Write Inc enables a secure phonics foundation for all future reading. We aim to inspire a love of reading for all children and have two well-resourced libraries that promotes reading for pleasure and supports reading across the wider curriculum. Our curriculum promotes reading and literacy skills in a range of contexts and sets high expectations that will prepare children for future learning and challenges.
